My car was totaled out and took it to them, and they had it fixed in one month. There was $14,000 worth of damage, and the only thing that took a while was waiting on parts that were on back order.

What a horrible shop!! My car was hit while parked and the other person’s insurance told me to bring my vehicle to their shop in Cicero Ave. That shop moved my vehicle to this location without telling me. Fast forward 3 months I pick up my vehicle to find out the took my driver floor mat, scratched my driver side tinted window, didn’t fix the front bumper and they left a long screw sticking out in my trunk. Plus they left my inside a complete mess. They did not clean up after themselves. Now I find out that I have a bad wheel bearing. So not only did they not fix everything I was left with more damages. Looks like all they did was fix the body and did not look deeper to see if there was any damage that couldn’t been seen. Calling them is a joke cause no one ever answers.

My front end was replaced and now it's Fallin off not even 3months later top ot off I was given my van back with mice and a nest!

A little uneasy about the fact that when I picked up my car after my accident not only did the tag on my keys have the wrong name on it they also didn't ask me for ID when I picked it up they just handed me the key without ever having met me before.

They close so early and I showed up almost 10 minutes early and they weren't even in the office at all, called a half hour ahead of time and they didn't answer, DONT GO HERE EVER

This place has terrible communication skills. They barely answer their phone. I was told it would take 10-14 business. To be safe I planned for 14 business days. They had the car for over 30 days. Please don't go here unless you want an bad experience.

This place is beyond professional. I got in a car accident in january it took me until june to get my car back, and the vehicle was never done correctly, had to take it back three times for them to realign the front Bumper And the hood wasn't even in line correctly. My bumper is still sticking out and they refuse to fix it. They're excuse. Is I have a s***** insurance. The manager there just knows how to stand there and scratch his head and the owner Steve wants the act like he doesn't own the place, an arrogant human being. If you don't want your car fixed right, bring it here.
