"Horrible experience at Firestone! Got my windshield wipers replaced, and one fell off while driving in heavy rain—a terrifying and dangerous situation. When I made it to the store, I expected an apology and urgent help, but instead, the guy at the counter didn’t care at all and told me to come back tomorrow because they had no appointments! Driving in this weather without a wiper is unsafe, and their lack of concern was shocking. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Stay away!"

Tanya and the crew helped me out in a big way! After driving 700 miles from North Carolina to Illinois, I ran over a brick that was in the highway. I was concerned I'd knocked my car out of alignment or damaged a tire. Tanya had the alignment checked and she personally inspected my tires. She said everything was fine! That was a real relief since I had to drive another 700 miles back to North Carolina!

I came here needing a new tire and potentially a new rim. The previous Auto Care place I went to, told me they couldn't do anything for me with my rim and that I'd have to buy a new one. Luckily, I decided to leave there and come here and was helped by Andrew.
I described what had happened and Andrew suggested he take a look at it. After showing the rim to Andrew, he told me he could totally work on it. Andrew was able to repair the Rim and help me choose the best tire for my car after I described to him specifically what I was looking for.
The reason I am giving a 5 star review is specifically because of Andrew. If you want some help, make sure to ask for him. He was patient, caring, quick and was willing to go the extra mile for me.
It's employees like Andrew that can make a business shine. I could tell he takes pride in his work and he cares for his customers. It's nice to know you have someone you can trust working on your vehicle.
Thank you, Andrew! Next time I need some help with my car, I'll be checking in with you!
