This is a phenomenal institution. I have been going here for just over 4 years and am very satisfied. Sometimes I see a familiar face here or someone new who I haven't seen before and I always have confidence and trust that whoever it is will help me out with any service that I need at this Joliet branch.

I have banked with First American Bank for over 30 years. They offer great rates on loans and money market accounts. The services has always been 100% great. Will never change banks.
