The new ASM, William, was very helpful and did a great job assisting me while the store was very busy. He was attentive and quick on his feet. I was indecisive about which pair of shoes to buy but I ended up purchasing both pairs due to William being knowledgeable about the products and merchandise being sold in the store. He enlightened me about how one shoe would be better for running and another for everyday comfortability with a splash of fashion. After careful consideration and deliberation, I agreed with him. Any questions I had, he was able to answer (and I was asking a lot of questions) he was patient and did not get frustrated with me while also making sure his employees and other customers were taken care of. I’ve never seen an employee multitask so effectively and effortlessly while also confidently maintaining a leadership role. He also had a great personality and conversation. I hope he’s there the next time I visit!
