The folks at A1 are great to deal with. The registration and close out was very easy. I used them to store some overflow home goods during a move and the facility was always well kept. I had a drive up access unit which stayed dry with just a tarp down during a winter and spring season.

I stored my fifth wheel at A1 Will County storage and the spaces are very generous. Great place place to store your things the staff is very nice and accommodating.GregO

Just rented a space today. Looked at several places this was the best in the area of new Lenox. It's very clean with excellent security. The great thing is the owner manager is in the office on duty. I wouldn't rent without on-site management.

Terrible owner with a bad attitude. I paid for a spot to park my RV. It was overpriced, in my opinion, because it was outdoors and unsecured. When I asked if I could park my car in the spot when I was using the RV, the owner freaked out on me and screamed at me and told me he didn't want my business. What a terrible attitude and the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I feel bad for the very nice woman that has to work for him. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
