I appreciate this location because it’s close to my home in Plainfield. However, I’ve consistently felt racially profiled during my visits. I always use the self-checkout, but each time, the same older female employee comes over to stand near me, which I have pointed out on multiple occasions.
During my visit today, I intentionally chose a less populated self-checkout area. Surprisingly, she walked over to my register to monitor me again. I spoke up to express my frustration to my daughter, who was shopping with me, and the older female heard me and walked away.
I have no intention of stealing anything from this store or any store. Unfortunately, I refuse to shop at this location again. I typically avoid bringing up issues of race, but in this case, the reality of the situation is evident. It’s unfortunate that certain groups are targeted in this way.

So glad I have found this store. The organics make the drive worth it. Great selection.

This is the second time the price was wrong from the given labeled sale price. I told the manager Sharon about the item. She went back and said it is reg price. Then why is it marked else’s and on the sale endcap. The chicken was marked $1 off in the center sale coolers and she would not honor it. The last time I had an issue was with the rectangular Illinois pizza. Even when I point out the issue the problem is not correct. Find new managers who do their job.

Love this store. They usually have what I need but recently I asked them to order a coffee creamer that I really like because they were out. They says they'd call once it was in. They order the wrong creamer. They again said they're order the correct creamer and it would've come in by last Saturday. Today is Wednesday. No call or update. Stopped by anyway on my way home from work. They hasn't even ordered it. Another wasted trip but that second one was on me for not calling first. Annoyed at this point and may have to look elsewhere.
