For a repair shop to be open on Sunday was amazing. Owner is courteous and the prices are fair and reasonable with the a good turnaround. I did get the expedited repair option for the up charge which wasn’t as bad as I though it would be. Defiantly will be coming back here if I have any electronic issuesUpdateEverything was repaired on time and worked as expected. Although I only needed an new hdmi port the tech got it done before 1700 on the day required due to my schedule. If you don’t know this place is a storefront and the systems are repaired somewhere else. With the shortage of more complicated components I can see how there are delays or more expensive repair costs. I am completely satisfied with the service

I'm pissed, this place took forever to fix my game. They were unprofessional and tried to con me out of more cash, I had to threaten them about getting my lawyer involved to get a reasonable price but I still was unable to meet my deadline for my nephew party thanks to this place long random time.

The service here is garbage. The old guy keeps telling me what could be wrong with my system when I know 100% that's its only the yellow light of death aka (ylof) tried to charge me extra but refuse to let me speak to these unknown technicians and they could not tell me specifically what parts were placed in my system that would cost extra. Warning do not go here.!

So disappointed with the Game Box Fix. Unprofessional worker. Took deposit and told me he will fix my playstation in few weeks. Now its over 6 months and no playstation. I called him few times and he always tell me it wil be fix in one week. Never happened!I want my playstation and my deposit back!

Dropped my ps4 off in joliet for hdmi port issues. 6 weeks later I call and they say it's fixed and ready to be picked up in oak lawn. They said I would have to pay for it to be shipped back to joliet. What? So pick it up from oaklawn and guy tells me the motherboard is ruined and it cant be fixed. Then he tries to sell me a refurbished ps4....no way do not go here place is sketchy!!!
