Ray was extremely awesome and patient made sure he went through all the paperwork, made sure I found the right car and told me everything about the car, talked through all the numbers made sure it’s what I was looking for and by the end of the day I walked out with a brand new car highly recommend stopping by all salesman are very kind and willing to work with you.

Had to buy a car in a pinch and these guys were great! Mark was very helpful and I was surprised on how quickly everything went. It my be a used car lot but none of the old used car salesman clichés apply to these guys! Straight up great experience and a good deal. Thanks guys!

Good people to deal with, car price was fair market value, low milage car ( 45 K miles ). 3 weeks after purchase we were on vacation in Southern New Mexico when the transmission completely failed. Thankfully they include a 30 day power train warranty with the purchase. A quick call to our salesman Mark and within the hour we had authorization for repairs. A tow into Albuquerque to a speciality transmission shop confirmed the worst. The warranty covered 100% of the replacement cost - fantastic. This was a confirmed hard part failure in the transmission/nothing anyone could have predicted. Mark and everyone at Gerald Auto were super helpful in a very stressful situation. Will buy from them again if the need arises.

I didn't think I would get a car the day I walked in here. My credit is so so and they worked with me and I walked out with a SUV exactly what I wanted! And my sales person Ray was very friendly and honest from the start. I will def be back again

When you go to a dealership typically sales people will overwhelm you with hopes that's often fail when I say mark and the team there actually put in the work to try to get deals done they do just that they make you feel welcome and not exhausted of car sales my experience has been overwhelmingly grateful because it wasn't like they were trying to sell a car it was actually like they were trying to make friends a girl came into the store while I was there distraught because she really needed the car and guess what when she left she left with a car kudos to you guys may you guys have continued success because me and whoever is attached to me will always come to you guys to get a car that's my word thanks Mark and all the other guys you guys really worked as a team I really appreciate it you guys

representative refused to work with me on a price and practically ignored everything i had to say and had the audacity to try to guilt trip me when i declined the “offer” by saying he has a family to provide for?? while his manager stood over us with his oversized gold chain the whole time and didn’t say anything to me besides “well i can’t read minds” when i was leaving and said their offers just didn’t work for me. egotistical boss and overpriced crappy cars with missing parts and crowbar marks on their doors. I’m good 💯

Updating review a month later:
I bought my truck here last month and initially left a 5-star review because the sales process was smooth and Herb is a good guy that I enjoyed dealing with. However, I took it to a Ford dealership for some maintenance and learned that the brakes had been rotor slapped and one of the axles had a noticeable oil leak. This alone cost me over $1,000 in repairs. Both of these issues should have been addressed when getting this car ready for sale and were covered up enough that a local mechanic missed them in a pre-purchase inspection.

Highly recommended. Without a doubt the most hassle-free car buying experience I have ever had. Ray and the rest of the staff were great to work with and made it quick and easy with no pressure and a great price. We did not by the car we were originally looking at because their mechanic had found an issue with it, but they were up front and honest about it and found us an even better car. Will definitely be recommending Gerald to anyone looking to buy.
