If I could leave no stars I would. My husband went here and got a haircut by Maya (not sure how to spell it) and it's awful. Im not even sure how it could look this bad, theres long chunks of hair all over and not blended at all.

Today I got my hair cut and beard trimmed by an older woman can't remember her name. But I tipped her and the total was 36.00 which is a problem but as I check my mustache trim is terrible and I just feel all her skills were not up to the standard of a barber with I'm sure years of experience. Not only that but she styles my hair by spraying load of hairspray on my head...no water and my eyebrows and beard are not of any quality or standard. To say the least I'm upset as the other hairstylist have done a great job. Please make sure you don't get a hedge cut instead of hair cut

I went here today and got my hair cut ready for school tuesday, come to find out I got the worst hair cut imaginable whoever did my hair didn't get the name, cut it way to short screwing up my hair, im in highschool and now im gonna get ridiculed and made fun of because of it thanks but no thanks wasnt worth the tip I gave either.Its also not the first time either that the exact barber ruined my hair last time it wasnt that much backlash about my hair now im gonna get backlash.

Went to the joliet il location on Essington. Received the worst haircut ever. The sheep shearer stated she only works on Sundays. Seemed not to have a clue how to cut hair. I tried several times to explain how everyone else cuts but nope. I finally said looks great and got the heck out of there. Looking for recommendation to get a GOOD haircut.

So people go to get their haircut to look good, and this place just butchers people’s hair. I gave the person cutting my hair, very simple instructions, and apparently that was too hard to follow. I was supposed to have plans for tonight, but I hate how I look. It was a complete waste of time and money. Now, I’ll be wearing a hat for the next couple of weeks. I’m so disappointed with the service I received. They should give out refunds, when they can’t follow instructions.

I’ve been taking my son to Great Clips for years. He’s 8 and the only person I allow to cut his hair is Isabel. She’s great. So kind. Friendly. Knows exactly what I want for my little man. I’ve developed a personal relationship with her and will always make sure she’s available before coming in. Izzy. Don’t ever leave us!!! :)
