About Harrah's Joliet - A Caesars Rewards Destination
Harrah's Joliet offers an enjoyable casino experience with a variety of hot slots and a great table game selection. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and safe environment. Rooms are spacious and adequate, though some may find the property somewhat dated. Visitors appreciate the overall casino atmosphere and are likely to return, with the option to explore the various dining options on-site. However, some guests have reported issues with room cleanliness and management's responsiveness to such concerns.
My experience here was comfortable and predictable, which is important when traveling. The staff provided clear instructions about breakfast timing and room services. Everything worked as expected.
