Was our 1st choice for new vehicle. Never got past the 1st salesmen for pricing and any kind of fiancing. Never met with a manager. Was pushed towards vehicles we didn’t want. Luckily there are dealers, that want to sell cars.

I have only bought Buick cars for the last 14 years at the same dealer unfortunately that Buick dealer closed so I was looking for another place. Fortunately, I found hot Buick and Joliet. In particular. I ran across a sales person by the name of Quintin Rose the whole experience was very professional upfront and without any pushing for a decision, he answered all the questions straightforward. I bought the vehicle there after checking out two other dealerships. Again, I can’t stress enough what a pleasant experience. It was dealing with Quentin Rose and the general manager at the facility.

Hawk Subaru is magnificent.I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek and I absolutely love it. The salesman was never pushy and let me take my time making my choice. I absolutely love taking my car there for service. They greet you at your car inside their shop. They begin servicing your car immediately, as making appointments are very easy. You never have to wait very long and they have a great area with snacks like donuts, chips, water, a popcorn machine and a coffee station with all types of choices and hot chocolate. They also wash your car after service is complete. The employees are great and treat you like family. Hawk Subaru is a great place to buy and service your car.

Delivery of the vehicle was worry free and fast. Paperwork was ready to go when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. Hassle free. The service department is phenomenal!
My service assistant is Luis. He is on top of everything, professional, and courteous.
I have observed other service assistants while waiting for my paperwork. They are also on top of everything. Hawk auto has trained their employees to be top notch, and their service assistants are second to none.
