Very upset. I booked a 680 dollar reservation for 4 days and I was charged an additional 200 deposit that Noone told me about until I got to the counter. I will never use Hertz again.

I was not in the best mood and was upset that I could not use a debit card without incurring a higher fee. The only 5 stars go to the agent who helped me. He was calm and kind as I was upset with the car dealership, the rental company, and my husband who rented the car for me. Vehicle options were low, the car itself was not as clean as I had hoped, and it came up due for service as I was driving it.

I rented an electric car at this location and the associate that took care of my reservation was wonderful! His name is Reed and I really want to emphasize how helpful he was. 5 stars for that location because of him!

If you have Matt assisting you, good luck.
I was supposed to get a truck from this location. I arrive and they only have a small SUV. That’s fine, Matt says within a week they will get a truck in and call me to swap. Week goes by and I don’t hear back so I give them a call. Matt says there’s no truck available and to give them a few days to get one. Sure I’ll wait a few more days.
Never heard back from them and it’s been a month.
Almost forgot to add how bad the vehicle smelled of smoke. Terrible all around experience.

This location is actually closed on Saturdays even though it says online they are open, so don’t try to come here to get a rental car. It’s been so difficult to change my reservation when I have needed a rental car. Not a good experience with using hertz for the first time.

We rented a Tesla for the weekend and the way it was given to us was absolutely unacceptable! Dust, dog odor, mud/slobber all over, pieces of old lettuce stuck to the seat and a massive chunk of sticky residue on the driver seat. I spent over an hour deep cleaning it for it to be useable for me. With that being said, for our troubles Hertz gave us $75 off and a $100 certificate for our next rental. I really appreciate Hertz doing the right thing in this situation!
