I have the insulated variant of Hoffee's superlative carbon fiber acoustic guitar case. As an added layer of protection I also bought the insulated cloth cover. Jeff was very easy to work with; speedy and accurate service for the best guitar case on the planet.

my bad experience ordering an expensive Hoffee guitar case, which was delivered in the wrong color and without feet at the bottom of the case led to a huge disappointment. Especially as Jeff Hoffee refused even to talk abut the wrong color, claiming my mails were rude. Taking this as an excuse he also refuses honoring his promises made prior to the sale, to send any replacement parts to me! What a dishonest man, not worthy of being trusted at all!

It's not news among touring musicians that Hoffee cases are as fine a custom flight case as you can buy, but customer service is another reason to deal with Jeff Hoffee and his staff.I recently emailed Hoffee Cases asking if they could find a case for a '36 Martin 000-18 AND I needed it "yesterday" as the instrument needed to be shipped from Oregon to Tennessee in a week. These cases are custom made, but he found me one in a week!So the 000 started it's trip, but (very long story short) was lost in shipping for 17 days! In an effort to provide info to the shipper, I contacted Hoffee and asked for pictures of the shipping box, case etc. I had them the next day.So finally the package was found (whew!) and when it arrived the box was pretty beat up, but the case, and more importantly the guitar, were in great shape. Exactly why you buy 'em.I have two other guitars in Hoffee cases, and after the support I've received from them it's hard to imagine going with anything else.

I ended up acquiring a 1930's arch-top guitar that had a case that was falling apart. I went to Hoffee Cases to protect this 90 year old beauty. Now that I got the case, I'm absolutely blown away with the quality of this custom carbon fiber case. I knew it would be awesome, but the real thing pales in comparison. It is a perfect fit, and every detail is spot on. Absolutely couldn't be happier with the purchase.
