Placed an online order. Arrived and checked in. Sat in parking lot for 20 minutes before just going inside myself to find 6 people standing in the service department laughing and joking around. Solid effort

I use Home Depot because they still offer curbside pickup more likely known as parking lot pickup. Menards no longer does this. As a disabled double amputee it is very difficult to shop large stores especially with motorized carts that can die at any point. Even though their prices might be higher than Menards, getting my order curbside makes it worth it!

When I was checking-out, one of the workers named Christine was so disrespectful and racist, she didn’t really even knew how to get stuff done. I hope she could learn to solve issues and not create more conflict with the customer. So I recommend using self check-out instead of with her. Heed my words and suggestions！

Aaron in the tool department is amazing! He gave us every detail we needed to know about any tool or chemical. It made a huge difference when choosing to buy. I highly recommend Aaron! He was very knowledgeable and the white haired man with him was as well!! Highly recommend coming to the tool section at Home Depot!

I love Home Depot but DO NOT BUY YOUR COUNTERTOPS FROM THEM. They use The Countertop Factory who love to surprise you with additional charges at every step, including the 11th hour. The customer service rep even said to me, "Yeah, I wish they were more transparent about all of the charges". The company knows exactly what they are doing. They wanted to charge me $250 (13% of my total cost!) for a "Large Countertop Charge" which they define as over 20 square feet. My counter was 18.2 square feet. They also told me that even though I originally paid for 19 square feet, they were going to go ahead and keep the difference and not reimburse me. All against policy and what was communicated to me at time of purchase. This was all on top of a surprise $200 remeasure fee that was unnecessary. Home Depot CSR and sales were great, I just wish they had scruples enough to work with honest folks when outsourcing. Stay away from countertops here unless HD makes a change on who they trust to work with their customers.
