Another DC that is a JOKE!Checked in at 7:43am for 8am appt!Now is 11:55am and just talked to someone at receiving,they havent started yet!the answer was we are busy!awesome management!Drivers avoid comin here for live unload!Lazy ppl!

I am a truck driver. At the entrance gate office I was greeted by a young, female employee. After swiftly processing my BOL documents to check me in she in detail and punctually instructed me how, where to drop off my trailer, what kind of info to input into Home Depot's trailer dropp off paper slip, where to find that info (on the ground letters and numbers), and then how and where to look for an empty trailer. In many shipper locations getting such a detailed and punctual information is almost impossible which results with delays. She was a good one. She deserves promotion. Intellect is a gift, patience is a virtue. She has both. Her name is Madeline. Thank you Madeline. You make a difference ?.

An hour and 10 minutes of driving around in a circle trying to find an open trailer slot? This is worse than the Becklymeade/Dallas DC. Never again.

Quick in and out. Organized facility & everything exactly how it should be. Overflow empty lot around the corner. Easy access & truck stops near by if needed.

24/7 business and they usually have some pretty girls as security guards lol. And there really nice. I've always found a spot to drop.

I would not work here. They might treat you well, put on a fake smile, But they do not care about you. They threw out over 20-30 employees for no reason, since they are “ slow on work “ … After they terminate you, They don’t even let you contact HR or to ask questions. A whole bunch of lies in the interview process with Michelle. “ HR “. Very unprofessional to get rid of good workers, breaking the rules, and you don’t even offer other positions at different buildings.

Bigger black woman and man with long dreads both need to be fired the most rudest and unpleasant workers very unclear on instructions and wait in the room forever talking before channing you or and check in 3-4 trucks before going to the other side like its done on purpose with people they don't like I will be making sure something is done to correct this before coming back here. Do not come here with low drive time nexus they absolutely do not care

Be prepared to pass half of your day to get unloaded here, it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment, it’s just their way of working
