My child accidentally broke a glass and they (funny gentleman and kind woman) were so kind to us, cleaned up, and gave my kids toy ducks. Thanks for the positive response. The room and food were great too but your kindness prompted me to give this review. We need more of it in the world.

Where do I start? It was a holiday weekend and I’m trying to make my reservation last minute. I called 10 hotels talk to 9 robots and one rude human. Who told me that there’s a room available because they had so many people in front of them they didn’t want to deal with taking my reservation. Trying to travel and not sure where to go. I prefer to talk to a person that can help assist me best. What has the world come today? I was on the verge of giving up canceling all plans. I told myself I’m gonna call one more place. Home2 suites in Juliet truly lived up to its name!
It started with a human named Brianna that was not a robot when she picked up the phone. Ozzy, he checked me in and even with me being completely distracted he gave me a warm welcome. Bruce was the best! Answering my 100 questions with answers that came with a smile. Vicky and Susanna had ninja moves during breakfast. I watched them accommodate anybody’s needs and ensure that they were taken care of. I am truly impressed and even the other guests were extremely nice. Did I mention how clean the room was? Well CLEAN! I worked in hospitality in the pass and I didn’t find a single thing out of place.
I will absolutely be back. Manger, give your entire staff an Award or I will come back and give you a one star review! These humans were absolutely amazing and thank you for a good stay!

It reeked of Marijuana every day I stayed here. Like what is going on?
The room wasn't as large as I expected for a suite either.
Hair was found in the shower and on towels. Could have been cleaner for a Hilton.

Do not stay at this location unless you want to have horrible guest service, uncomfortable bed and smell marijuana every day of your stay.
Noteworthy details: Has a pool that claims to be heated but is not. Kid puked in it and told the front and was told it’s just the salt. Was visible food chunks not salt. Still present in pool the next day.

We spent over a month here for work. We loved this hotel! It was incredibly clean, and the maintenance and housekeeping staff were awesome.
The gym area was large with plenty of equipment.
We would 100% stay here again if we ever end up in the area.

We were in town for a family party and stopped in without a reservation. Bruce was so friendly and helpful. He was able to get us a room and even let us check in early. We had such a great experience because of Bruce. This will now be our go to hotel when we come to town. It’s nice to see such a pleasant and welcoming person. Thank you Bruce!

Bruce, the maids, and the device has been absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable getaway and detox. It's so peaceful. I'd love to come back one day in the future.

Located right next to a mall. The hotel is clean, the service is friendly, and the water pressure in the shower is outstanding.

Great place to stay. Staff goes out of their way to help. Super clean rooms and all areas. The entire front desk very helpful. Mary Ann and Bruce are two names I remember. These two go over and above helping us and others to make our stay a pleasant experience. Hats off to the entire staff they all work hard every day to keep this place running to the high standards.
Rooms: Have everything you need. Very clean and well maintained.
Safety: You feel safe here. Inside and outside. Have a nice area outgrowth with a gas fire pit.

This was by far the most hospitable hotel start i ever experienced. We were without power due to storms in the area. Brianna helped us with checking and was extremely accommodating. I would say above and beyond, she came out from behind the desk to greet us. She offered water and help as she could see we were struggling from the heat. When it came to extending the stay because the power was still out, Mary Ann was very helpful in keeping the same room. I witnessed both Mary Ann and Brianna demonstrate this type of demeanor towards every guest. After all of that when my power came back on, they were extremely comforting and not charging for the extra night even though we stayed hours past checkout. On top of all of that, they are a pet friendly hotel with no discrimination against the type of dog or size. This visit definitely has me looking forward to future stays. I wish i had more pictures to post. Thank you so much!
Rooms: The room had everything you could possibly need. From dishes to appliances. They were also very spacious
Nearby activities: There is anything you could want to eat or do within a few minutes drive
Safety: After a certain time in the evening you are required to have a card to access the hotel
Noteworthy details: The fireplace with the sitting area in front was a very nice amenity for the evening hours

Cleanest room we've ever seen! Helps that the property is newer, but it feels like we're one of the first in this room with how nice it looks and smells! We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room, not knowing this must cater to more "extended stay" type needs with kitchenette, pull out table, closet, lots of drawers, 2 desk areas, couch.
Bedding is very soft and very fresh, and shower was superb!
Unsure of the other hotel amenities, but the room itself exceeds all expectations. Front desk girl was friendly and professional as well. Very highly recommend!
Rooms: Large room with "living room" area, kitchenette, multiple counter surfaces for work areas, and lots of drawers plus closet

This place is wonderful. The manager was just so wonderful, understanding, kind, professional and courteous, and we are so grateful to him, beyond words. I will always stay here when I am in this area for sure! Thank you Hilton!
