I was looking for a 2016 low mileage Honda CRV and found one online at Honda Superstore of Joliet. We live in Minnesota and weren't able to drive to Joliet due to work schedules. We don't buy a car very often, and had never bought one online from another state. Everything about our experience was positive! Our salesman, Amir, was so helpful and patient, too! Each time I had a question (and I had a lot of them), he was so responsive, helpful and a really friendly guy. Shawn, our sales manager, was also great. Highly recommend this dealership and Amir if you live nearby or even for an online purchase with shipping!

Their parts department is straight TRAAAAASH LOL. They're rude as hell and have no manners. Had me waiting 30 minutes just for 1 super simple easy part to get. The middle aged parts counter guy is straight garbage and rude for no reason. Then the cashier said nothing to me at all and was very abrupt and rude. Shoutout everyone else tho that works at Honda, they're the best.

I bought a Honda Crv less than a month ago. It was purchased at the end of the day on Saturday and because we were in a rush it was not easy to inspect the vehicle. It turned that it had door issues and at last minute we added that in contract to get it fixed at a later date obviously because they were closing. I drive it home and on the way home I realize the drivers mirror doesn't adjust properly and I call next day to add this to the things they were going to fix. They told me they would call me with an appointment to fix issues. Weeks pass and no call and I phone them and they tell me they were waiting for me to call them I say okay I schedule an appointment they are repairing issues but because mirror issue was not noted on day of purchase they are not going to replace the mirror($750 cost to repair). How is it I buy a car and I noted an issue quickly after purchase and they don't repair it. I will also note that when purchasing they added a warranty that was $3200 without noting it to me. And I spoke with the finance guy and he kindly cancelled it. Now they tell me you cancelled the warranty so can't fix mirror. I don't recommend you buying here very questionable ways of doing business. Please beware of buying and if you do check every detail before purchase. The mirror was faulty at purchase obviously that's why I called and noted the issue but they not accepting this because it was not documented one day before demonstrates the type of business establishment they have at Honda in Joliet.

On February 4th, 2023 I brought in my 2006 Honda Pilot in for an oil leak. Honda Joliet kept my car for 3 days to diagnose the problem. Chris the service agent said it would cost $1200 and they would have the oil leak fixed. I pickup my Pilot on Monday February 6th and the car was still leaking oil I brought it back on February 10, 2023 and the came back to me and said it would cost another $2500 to fix the oil leak even though it is leaking from the same area. I asked Dennis the assistant service manager that either they should fix it for free, or give me my money back. He stated Honda of Joliet does not do that. I have been coming to this dealership for 10 years and this is how they treat loyal customer. Do not go their they will scam you out of your money and act like it is your fault!!!!!

Walked into this dealer at 5pm looking to buy a new suv. I was greeted by no one and browsed the showroom for 10 minutes and no sales person bothered to talk to me. They were busy looking at YouTube videos or talking amongst themselves rather than doing their job. Won't bother spending my money here. Extreme lack of professionalism.

The people here go out of their way to help you get the vehicle you want. They spend a lot of energy selling you the extended warranties. The one thing I don't like is that when I tell them my phone isn't lyncing up with the car, they tell me it's my cable. No troubleshooting, just "it's your cable". 8 cables later... it's still "just my cable". If they won't troubleshoot a simple tech issue, will they a complex one? I don't get the impression they really "got my back". Also, they stopped making appointments for oil changes. When I asked, they blamed the customer. Never blame the customer people! . Anyway, they said because customers arrive late it pushes everyone back. Well then put the late customer to the end of the line, not the rest of us, we were on time! Regardless, they were two hours behind even though they were not making appointments . Their ability to adapt is questionable.

Just bought a 2022 Ridgeline from Honda of Joliet. Very pleased with the overall experience. I was in and out in under two hours including test drive. Nikhil Kahn worked very hard to get the deal done with payments and a term I would accept. I would highly recommend him when you need to purchase your next Honda. Overall very satisfied with my decision to buy a car here.

Omg where do I start!!! This is the absolute worst dealership experience I've ever had. First they have a bunch of kid salesman playing with grown people money. I was here to sell back my lease today and they really treated us like we were dumb kids. And we bought the car from them 3 years ago. Every since John king left this place it has been absolute trash. I am currently at valley Honda in Aurora and when I tell you the total flip.....the people are nice. Offered me and my pregnant wife water and don't have us waiting around for two hours while a young kid name Chris run to the back office asking how can I screw this couple over. Please save your self the time and stress. Pass Joliet Honda up and come here to valley Honda. Talk to Bobby. Oh with that being said by Joliet Honda's own word, they have 600 cars on lot to sale and valley Honda only has under 100. Every good car lot has low inventory. The worst ones like JD byrider, rightway auto and Joliet Honda have high inventory!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HONDA. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service and terrible technicians. To be frank, Honda should investigate this branch. The first incident was when I was shopping for a car, and when my family and I were contemplating between two vehicles, the rep who was with us, had the audacity to say "If you're not sure which car you're getting, then tell me - instead of wasting my time." High unprofessional and rude. We left and purchased a 2019 CRV at a different Honda location.Fast forward - we had to get our tires changed at this location. And when we received our car back, the car continued to shake and make weird noises. After a month or so, we decided to get it checked out at a Honda elsewhere, that's when they told us that the tech in Joliet must've forgetten to lock screw in one of the tires with the machine! WT?!? Thankfully we brought it in on time and avoided what could've been extremely dangerous. I reported to their manager day of, but he didn't seem to care - of course.
