If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are rude from the customer service rep Keith down to the manager Stephanie. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I AM SO GLAD MY INSURANCE WAS ON THE PHONE TO HEAR EVERYTHING! My doctor sent a script over a month ago and Keith was rude from day 1 saying it is 5 years to get a new nebulizer. I explained to him at the time that I had already talked to my insurance and I was eligible for a new nebulizer. He then go on to say I owed $14.00. I paid it the same day. He said he had to check with my insurance to see if I was eligible. This was around October 7th, 2024. He never called me. Fast forward to today, my doctor asked did I receive the nebulizer and I said no, they never called me back. I called JD Brown as I walked out the office. They transferred me to Keith. He was still rude saying his biller said I have to wait 5 years for a new one. I said we'll why you never called me back to tell me that. Also, why didn't you call my insurance for more accurate information? I said just give me my script and I will go elsewhere. He doesn't say let me put you on hold or nothing...I hear music. I hung up and called back to get a manager. They put Stephanie on the phone who wasn't any better. She said they would speak to him and did I want the script mailed. I told her no, I was on my way to get it. I get there and walk in and I see a lady to my right. I asked was she the manager, she said no and pointed me to the offices in back corner. I get back there and ask a lady in the office was she Stephanie, she said no she is next door. As I proceed to Stephanie office to get the script. She rushes toward me asking what did I want. I said to her I just talked to you about coming to get my script. She has the nerve to say I was walking in her office uninvited after I had 2 people guide me there. I had my insurance company on the phone ready to talk to her and I tried to explain that I was eligible for a new nebulizer and my insurance was ready to speak to her. She said it is best that you just go elsewhere to get it at this point. I was speechless and so was my insurance company. He said if he wasn't on the phone, he wouldn't have believed it. He proceeded to find me 2 more reputable companies in my area. All I can say is wow and proceed with caution if you purchase from this place!

They never smile to anyone, based on my experience they do not to work with insurance, if there is any issue they just stop and send you the bill blaming insurance company. I do not recommend this pharmacy for medical equipment to anyone.
There is reply you your response therefore I edited my review, these bills were not from 2021 they were from last year (2023), can you show any response from insurance company denying coverage? Anyway I offered to pay the balance so I can move on with my new machine purchase and I was told to go pay the agency then come back. You did lose my business, I know you would not care for that but it really felt bad that I was denied service for past due of $105

Needed to rent a knee scooter, no problems. They have them to rent or buy. Rental fee is only $50 for a month.

Pharmacy staff, great, Steven in the medical device area, very hard worker, other than that, the medical device team treated us very poorly and there was no customer service and lack of empathy on their part. Considering the field they are in, was extremely disappointing.Response to reply: there was no professionalism from the staff or an attempt to explain the process or even a simple greeting to try and understand the situation. It was downright bad customer service.

J.D. Brown has everything you need. Postal substation is convenient and a great service to the neighborhood. Everyone who works at J.D. Brown is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There is even a drive up ATM onsite.

After calls to Walgreens & Basingers trying to get nebulizer machine parts & being told I need a prescription at 1 pharmacy & not being understood & not understanding what the man was saying at the other...I remembered J.D. Brown! So I called 2 minutes to closing time & they knew exactly what I needed. But the problem was they closed in 2 minutes, or so I thought it was a problem lol. Needless to say the lady said they'd wait for me & they did!

I have used them numerous times. Every time I've gotten exactly what I needed and they've answered a ton of my questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They are my go-to place!

I destroyed my knee in a bike wreck back in August. I sent my wife to grab a wheelchair and a bed because I was totally incapacitated. They insisted on somebody guaranteeing payment. They took my insurance card and never billed the insurance. They took my debit card from my wife and just charged it for the equipment. Totally dishonest as far as I'm concerned.

My mom was a Lightways Hospice patient. JDBrown provided the drugs & medical equipment. JD Brown employees are great. They were always pleasant & courteous. They would call with time of delivery. They arrived at the time specified. This is rare for a company to actually do what they promise. It was great working with you. Thanks

Needed to rent a hospital bed after an unexpected accident and they were all so helpful and even worked with us to get it delivered same day! Would highly recommend for any medical supply needs.

My husband met Nicholas. Nicholas helped us buy a wheelchair that has everything I (lisa) needs for the next 4 to 6 months. The sleeve for her leg to shower actually kept her cast dry! Can’t wait to meet Nicholas as my husband was more than happy with his service!
