Requested style: My first time there was yesterday Thursday May, 16. My stylist was name Anna, and she is amazing and super funny. The minute I started talking to her, I knew I could trust, she has a fantastic vibe about her. I DEFINITELY will be coming back to this salon and ask for her, she made my hair amazing!!!!!!

Hadn't gotten my hair cut in a forever and was looking for a new stylist. Made an appointment online with Marissa and she was phenomenal. She listened and cut my hair perfectly! I'm very happy and cannot recommend her enough, super easy to talk to, we had a great conversation! Thanks Marissa, so happy I found you!

I’m in town for a wedding. I had my hair done back home but it got ruined. I scheduled with Megan as a last minute resort because whatever she would do would surely look better than my Annie looking do. She was transparent about her uncertainty about the outcome of my hair. Let’s just say she exceeded her own expectations. I had faith in her. In the midst of this I was having a different crisis. My iPhone stopped working. She charged it for me thinking it was that and still nothing. New to the area, I was worried about getting back to the Airbnb. She offered to write directions down for me. I always cut and styled my own hair, but now I am unable to. This was my first experience with a salon. My hair had not been cut for several months. Cyndi did my hair. I loved it. She was awesome, polite and sweet. She did my hair exactly the way I wanted. I'm a senior and she made me feel and look younger. I will definitely go back again.

Megan was the one that cut my hair and she did amazingly..so I decided to cut my own hair one night and let's just say it wasnt the best or the most even thing ever. She was able to fix that right up and give me my favorite haircut I've ever gotten, definitely coming back next time and I know my sisters are getting their hair cut there too

I made an appointment for a color and cut. While the stylist was friendly she failed to inform me that she was not highly experience in hair color. I showed her a picture of the look I was going for. She seemed to have no hesitation and proceed to bleach my hair. The end result was the worst color job I have ever seen. She over process the front of my layers turning them near white, then left a line around my head where the bleach stopped. She didn't blend it at all. I was furious and left a voicemail and an email. They did have me back in and the same stylist said she would fix it. She consulted with her manager. She did help it a bit however my hair is still awful. I was charged $190 for the worst hair I have ever seen, and now will need to spend more to try and fix what she destroyed. I requested a refund via email and never heard back from them. Please avoid !!

I moved to the Plainfield area recently and was in need of a new salon. I went to Jagged Edge since it is close to my house with hopes of making them my new salon. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Although my hairdresser was friendly, my hair cut and blow out was the worst I have ever had. I left their salon with frizzy, dry, and unevenly cut hair. The whole point of leaving a nice salon, and paying $40 plus tip for a haircut, is to leave feeling happy and beautiful. I reached out to the owners, and provided a picture of how my hair looked after my appointment, asking for a refund and they have ignored both messages I have left. I am extremely disappointed and encourage people not to go to this salon.

Amazing place to get your nails done! They always leaves my nails looking beautiful, from the shape all the way down to the design. Would highly recommend
