I love jcp. Old school vibes. Old school prices.They still treat everyone as they want to be treated.Everyday matters at JCPennys. It always has for me.You can look in your closet, but at JCP, it's all inside!

Everything was a disaster in the store. Items tagged incorrectly, items opened with pieces thrown about and the workers were more worried about us signing up for a JCPenney card then organizing the shelves and cleaning the store. When did JCPenney go downhill....
