“I've had this review in my drafts for awhile. I visited sometime ago and was impressed with what I saw. The location has a nice selection of furniture that seems to be beautifully crafted. The pieces are a little pricy, but that's understandable given that they are hand crafted. We visited early one Saturday morning and were there for at least 45 minutes. The store was crowded and there weren't enough employees present to assist waiting customers. We ended up leaving without ever talking to a store associate. We would have considered placing an order, but didn't because of of that. We ended up going to Walter E. Smithe instead and purchasing a dining room table there. Still I'd consider Rustic Elements as a possible option whenever I decide to upgrade my current furniture pieces.”
“I have used them twice. Each time everyone was friendly, professional, down to earth, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location more than the other business establishment on Jackson street. I have had their entertainment center and table set for a year and it was put together very well. They were even open to helping me fix a broken part of the chair that was not their fault. I am optimistic about this bed now, I already noted better assembly. Hopeful the materials hold up better this time around!Initial review:Bed rail broke under a whopping less than 200lbs. Garbage materials. Garbage assembly. Steer clear. I realized too late this is why the salesman was pushing the warranties so hard. He was trying to warn me about the quality. I've had better quality from walmart at 1/3 the price.”
