The JCPenny staff were great. The store seemed to have a decent amount of inventory on their sales floor for a consumer to find. We needed to find a suit for my son, and we did make a purchase.

Went to make a payment on my credit card and I decided to pick up a couple of things. The lady that took my payment for my credit card said she couldn't ring up my things so I politely Walked out after I threw those items on a shelf.

Make sure to call before visiting! Online and even on the doors hours posted show 10am-8pm but when I arrived at 7:20pm to pick up an order, exterior doors were locked and gate was down for mall entrance.
