Jewel-Osco Pharmacy on Larkin in Joliet, IL, provides helpful and efficient service, especially when quickly transferring prescriptions and offering savings through copay coupons. Customers appreciate the pharmacy staff's responsiveness and assistance. The store also features friendly employees in other departments, such as the deli, where staff are courteous and have a positive attitude. Despite these concerns, the pharmacy and store offer a convenient shopping experience with attentive service and helpful staff.
I was just helped by Ben at the Pharmacy and let me tell you he is a true professional. I have work in customer service for over 15 years and I haven't been help with this quality of customer service in a while. Please give Ben a recognition. Thank you
