I went to get fluids check and oil change and hours later my muffler fell off they said they didn't touch it but I just got the truck and they was the only one who ever touch it. I wish i didn't have to give one star

Went for an oil change 1/25/25 at around 3 or 4pm. Left everything was fine Went straight home. Left for work the next day drove 5 miles and my car started acting weird pulled over checked oil there was none. Got the car towed to jiffy lube Jefferson and they said the filter was gone! They put filter back on filled with oil told me they would call me today I heard nothing and now my car is running funny. I’d like someone to contact me.

I reached out to the provided email to the response and was contacted by Jose.
Said take it to a shop he provided and said I’ll be reimbursed for tow and Ubers.shop said my engine now has a knock . Jose said they will be replacing the engine. With that being said I’ve had nothing but good customer service. Yeah my filter wasn’t tightened and fell off. But they are totally taking care if the mistake thank you Jose and team. 1 star 3 and half star.

I just got an oil change here on 12/29 2024 less than a month ago and my car had the wrong oil put in it now my engine is locked and my repairs are $2500 I've called up to the store to speak with management and the supervisor and nothing was done about it I highly recommend do not go to this place iam now out of a car that had absolutely no mechanical issues up until this

Asked two associates 3 times to put air in my tires and that right rear tires was low. Each time they acknowledged. I got two blocks before seeing that they failed to do this simple task. So when I got home I fired up the air compressor and filled the tires myself. Then left for my out of town trip. Still holding air. Very aggravated at jiffy lube techs!

Came in and got an oil change and a tire rotation on 1/12, paid around $100. I work from home and don’t drive all the time. Tonight 1/17, I was driving to Rockford IL when a Low oil light came on. I called the Jiffy lube in Joliet and spoke with someone who told me “I should be fine to drive 2 hours home but I can do to another jiffy lube for a top off”. I arrived to the Jiffy Lube in Rockford at 6:45pm to find out that I had ZERO oil in my car, the filter and plug were put on incorrectly and all the oil leaked out. Mind you I have a 2024 Vehicle and this could have blown out my engine. When I called the person back to explain the situation he told me he can “take down my information to watch cameras and if something like this was going to happen, it would have already happened”.
The team in Rockford were amazing. It’s a shame that my 2024 vehicle almost got ruined because someone put the filter on wrong leading to me having no oil.

They was very professional and give me advice on what wrong with my.. They team also keep fluids in my car at all times with no charge as long as I get my oil changes from them..

I had service here 2 times and each time they are not able to find my information. The sticker has falling off the window each time. The first time they did not put back one of the caps to my tire. I spent close to $500 on the 2nd visit. I am very disappointed 😞
