The employees at the Larkin Jiffy Lube were fast, kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you guys so much for softening my landing back to the Chicago area after a grueling move, including a cross country drive, and after being gone for so long. You guys were as rereshing as that March 70 degree day we were gifted that day!

I have been a customer here for several years. On my latest visit I was brought into the shop to go over their inspection and the tech showed me on the computer screen my vehicle takes SAE 5W30. The "S" in SAE means Synthetic oil and if I didn't use it my vehicle would not be warrantied! I have always used conventional oil which is what the owner's manual calls for. SAE is The Society of Automobile Engineers, which makes quality standards for all auto manufacturers. I do not appreciate being lied to in order to sell me a 30 dollar more expensive oil change. When i called him out on it his response was " Thats what I was told". Congratulations Jiffy Lube! You lost a customer forever.

They opened at 8am Saturday and I got there at probably 8:03am and was still immediately greeted and welcomed. Everyone I talked to was pleasant. I got in and out right away. This location is run like a well oiled machine and the employees are all great people to work with.
