Understanding that the store is closing, the customer experience me and my girlfriend received there was appallingly bad. Would NEVER go to this place again. It was a sad last trip to the store for us, but the place is falling apart, so its time has come.

I’ve already submitted a complaint to the corporate office about cashier Jackie!The manager’s response to her foolishness with my daughter was too lackadaisical and unacceptable to me. Idk what this woman’s issue is but I do not appreciate nor tolerate her and her deplorable attitude and behavior. She appears to have lived far too much life to be so unreasonably childish and unprofessional! Certainly this isn’t the type of behavior Joann condones or promotes.

The people on the phone were EXTREMELY rude. A family member of mine bought a sewing machine from them and was promised “hey, if anythings missing, you cant return it but you can contact me directly and ill help you get the missing items”, lo and behold something was missing, we called and they just kept yelling to us about how theres no returns even though we tried saying multiple times we were trying to return it. They hung up on us the first time due to I assume a lack of comprehension because they are socially inept and when we called again we got someone else who just said the same things and then when we AGAIN said we didnt want to return it he just said “well i dont like your attitude so i dont want to talk to you, bye”
My guess is they knew this machine was missing stuff and expected this call already. Already contacted corporate and from the sounds of it theyll be looking into it and provided me a gift card
Dont buy anything here unless you can see everything it comes with inside and know for a fact you wont need to contact someone about QA. Nothing boxed really. The ego here is insaaane

I was highly upset about the amount of fabric and the quality of service. I had to buy a fur fabric for a costume and the associate cut some of it and ripped the rest. As someone who was trained to cut fabric and has worked with this type of fabric that is unacceptable. You end up giving the customer less then what they wanted and ruin the bolt...

Stock shown to be available is more times than not, not available for purchase. Outside of the fabric, the crafting selection minimal. If you need crafting supplies go across the street to Michaels.
