Paul was helpful courteous on the phone when , seeking an estimate about transmission fluid leak. My car arrived just before closing time, but he got to it the next morning.

I highly suggest this place. Fred and Paul are honest and I felt cared for. They truely care for their customers and their diagnostic fee was very reasonable.
I bought an used car with a bad transmission. They spend close to two hours inspecting/driving the car. The engine light was not on. They pinpointed the problem and explained the issue in a simple manner. The car was making a humming noise at the pinion bearing. They also went into details about the approx. cost to repair the problem and the cons of it.
I was within the implied warranty (Illinois Law to protect consumers when buying a car from a dealer.) So, I wanted to return the car and get my money back. And I did.
I am very thankful to have come here, as they shared as much information as they could so I was well informed. I am sure if I had gone to another place. I would have not had the same experience and I could have easily been in a much different situation. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Spoke to Fred to get a quote on a rebuilt transmission for a Nissan Altima. Unfortunately in my case my Altima is not worth rebuilding and he was completely honest and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and his expertise is appreciated. To all future clients I would definitely recommend bringing your car here.
