I always have a wonderful experience here, the service is good 👍. Nice conversation about new products and they are knowledgeable when it comes to special orders.

It is a good place to find clothing, especially formal suits, blazers, in my case I would like to find more footwear and men's items since it is difficult to find men's fashion of quality and price.

Went to this store for the Black Friday sale to find a coat. Every coat they had was over 300$ they were 50 and 60% off but still that’s ridiculous! And probably the reason I won’t return to the store.

Macy's has become increasingly aggressive in their attempts to promote their store credit card. This tactic, while understandable from a business perspective, can be quite annoying for customers who simply want to shop without being pressured.
The most common annoyance is the persistent questioning about whether or not a customer has a Macy's card. Even when a customer clearly states that they do not, Macy's employees often continue to inquire, sometimes even going so far as to offer to "look them up" in the system. This can be intrusive and time-consuming for customers who just want to complete their purchase.
Another frustrating aspect of Macy's card promotion is the insistence on obtaining a customer's phone number for points. This can feel like a bait-and-switch tactic, as customers may initially decline a card but then be pressured to provide their number under the guise of earning points.
Macy's would be wise to reconsider their approach to card promotion. While it's important to encourage customers to use their store credit card, it's equally important to respect their decision if they choose not to. By being less persistent and intrusive, Macy's can improve the overall shopping experience for their customers.

We went to exchange a foundation from Lancome that expires in September. It came with promotion gifts. We just wanted to exchange the foundation for a newer one since September is almost here and I need this to last me longer. The girl at the Lancome section (I believe her name is MARISSA) was rude and told us to keep the foundation or to return the gifts. I don't see why there's a reason to return the gifts if all I needed was to exchange the foundation. She made me walk away and call Macy's customer service. They told me I could go to a nearby Macy's and exchange it. What a waste of my time! Please make sure your staff is well informed about the policies. We've had issues with this lady before, too. Not a pleasant person!

Just disgusted with service from store. I have never been pulled the fraud card until today. Then was told that their manager was on lunch. One manager for the the entire store?? Being a veteran, I have never been treated or looked at in that way. You see someone young looking who misplaced their receipt and automatically walk to the back room whispering and then come back out and state you can't return bc there's been alot of fraud??? Never. I will be contacting all of my Veteran communities to never come to place again.

Inventory seems to be very low in all categories. No people around to help you. Not quite sure how long this place can last

For a Macy's store this store is such a disaster. Went shopping for a Valentine's day dress for my niece to wear to a high school dance. What was there in the store was more for prom and traditional mother of the bride style dresses. Whoever buys for this store is horrible. The lighting, the decor is so outdated. Only reason this has a 2 star is they finally brought in MAC cosmetics. This is the closest Macy's to where I live. Why this store has a history of having low volume of merchandise is beyond me. Many that live an hour away go to this Macy's because it is the nearest one. They want people to be loyal but they make it easier to buy online and do returns in the store.
