Bob was amazing we went to another location yesterday they were so rude and sold us phones we didn't need or could use it was sad the took advantage of my sister Bob was so understanding and helped us with the most amazing patience it was a pleasure and we will be sending family and friends for sure thank you so much and to his helper as well

Worst customer service by Kishan K. He sold me a phone that was dropping calls within 24 hours of purchasing. I went to return it and he says there is a policy that states that I can't return an upgraded phone. There is nothing on the receipt that states that nor anything posted in the store nor did he tell me. He told me I did not force you to buy this phone. I called customer service and they said I could return the phone. I've reported his unprofessional attitude to corporate. I refuse to pay for something I can't use!!! Do not buy Rvvl 6 phone.

Awesome customer service best price very professional staff. Nice and clean store with huge selection of Phone Accessories and Bluetooth, they fix phones and computers. Really one stop shop for all cell phone related stuff.
