Wow that was easy! I must have called about four other pod companies, spending between 30 minutes to an hour on the phone getting the runaround. Each company seem to start with a price and then 5 minutes later had a different price etc. MI- BOX was my last effort before just calling a moving company, and I'm happy that I did. It took me about 10 minutes to get this set up, super affordable, fantastic customer service. Everything was so easy from the drop offs to the pickups, Joe even helped me figure out the best days to pick up from one house and drop off to another. Definitely took a lot of stress off moving. Could not recommend more. Save yourself the time and frustration and just start here. Thanks so much, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely, best service I’ve had in preparing our new home. I have worked with them in business dealings and now in my personal life. MI-BOX has helped me in servicing my clients in commercial & residential real estate dealings & general storage. Using them personally, transitioning from Illinois (Chicago) to NW Indiana, has shown why I have received so much praise for offering their service to my clients.
I highly recommend and will continue to always refer to them as the preferred service in storage!

We needed a storage box for moving to our new home and they exceeded our expectations! The box came clean delivery was great they made sure they carefully dropped the box off in our driveway as well as carefully putting it in the driveway of our new home! Highly recommend!

After comparing rates for the different pod storage and moving services and reading the reviews, I went with Mi-Box. I'm glad I did! Joe was friendly and super easy to work with! He answered my texts quickly and I was able to get the box a day after I requested it! There were no hidden fees which I read happen with other companies. I would gladly use them again!

Mi-Box was great for part-time storage while our garage was being done. The process was very simple and it was very easy to communicate with Joe about what we needed and when. The box was dropped where I wanted it and it was clean, durable, and the door was easy to operate and lock. I would use Mi-Box again.

Mi-box was a lucky find to store my larger home items while I purged and moved. It was longer than expected but thankfully it was a comfortable monthly fee that didn’t increase. They were always very agreeable to work with and my goods were returned in the same condition as originally stored too. Many thanks Joe and Team.

Joe took care of business. Very personal and friendly to work with. Joe was very accomodating in my move and getting the storage box. I was impressed with how nothing moved inside the box during the transport. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing a 16' storage box.
