What a great place to work with! Joe ( owner) was so helpful throughout the whole process. I had questions that came up with my situation because it was a little complicated and Joe was able to help me right away. It is so nice to do business with someone local who takes such pride in his work and costumers. I can't give enough stars to recommend this business!

The best take away from the experience was the communication. Staff was very transparent and I’m extremely pleased with the efficiency. Joe was a great help as well. I’d recommend utilizing MI-BOX for any move or storage purpose, big or small!

Ok. This company is AMAZING!! Joe is an absolute asset to this company!! He explains everything in detail and is very friendly. He says he usually needs a few days notice to schedule pick-up of the MI-BOX container but I called him the night before I needed the box picked up and he said "no problem ...will pick up tomorrow". The next day they picked up the box. Highly recommend this company!!

If you have a need for a storage unit, and are looking for a great price, but even more AWESOME people to work with, then you have stumbled upon the gold mine you seek. Joe was great to work with, and always responded to any of my questions or requests very quickly. The driver (Hector) is a great guy!!! He was always smiling, and actually took time to tell me congratulations when he delivered the box to my new address. Absolutely will always recommend them to anyone looking for storage. Also, price cannot be beat -- trust me!!!

Mi-Box served us very well with a storage unit while our bedrooms were being refurbished. Someone even brought a lock for us on their way home when they forgot to leave one. I found your price to be more reasonable than a Pod unit, even though they offered a 30% discount. We appreciated that there was no extra charge due to the holiday that meant our box was picked up a couple days after the month was up. I also appreciated that they were able to pick up our box without me being home so I could attend my prayer meeting as planned.Thank you!

I used MI-BOX storage for storing all of my house furniture and items. It was very easy to set up and Joe was great to deal with. I had no issues at all with anything. I would highly recommend MI-Box Moving & Mobile Storage of Chicago to anyone who is looking for this type of service.

The whole process using MI-BOX was pleasant. They explained the process and answered all my questions. I had to stop by and get some things out of my box and they were accommodating given notice. They are always pleasant on the phone and in person. They are very responsive and work with you, even when plans change. Thanks so much for dropping my box off, storing it, dropping it off again, and picking it up. I will continue to recommend to friends and family, and will use them in the future when needed. It's so easy and convenient!
