Michaels just started helium filled balloons. They do not have it down yet. Balloon selection is awful. The people filling the balloons do not know how to fill. They popped 9 balloons trying to fill my 7 balloon arrangement. They do not know how to arrange the balloons. 3 of the balloons fell off the strings before I was even home. They don’t offer balloon bags. For the premium price they are charging I will never be back. I’ll happily find a local balloon artist for future arrangements now that party city is out. It was my mistake waiting until the week of to purchase.

There is no way i will be shopping at Michaels if self checkout is the only way i am able to purchase my items. Walked out and left my items at the counter.

I actually never went in. It was a Sunday and the store wasn't open yet. I was here once last year. I went for a jigsaw puzzle and they were a lot more expensive than Hobby Lobby

Checked in for my curbside pick up and my ordered was never brought outside. Waited 30 minutes trying to avoid walking in dressed like a hot mess early in the morning. After finally walking in and asking how come they never brought my order, the cashiers response was “I don’t know I just clock in” instead of let me see what was the issue. Horrible customer care.

They never have the planner supplies I need even for back to school. When they do have something in stock, it is very sparse and I end up shopping elsewhere

We went there looking for 3 frames. Two we found ourselves. The 3rd we weren't sure if we should use a frame or shadow box because it was hand painted.
Peyton was super! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He suggested a different approach because of the painting. He gave us many options for matting that will bring out some colors. We look forward to seeing the finished product. I highly recommend him to assist you with any questions you may have.
This is the 2nd time I've been at this Michaels store and will return for this customer service.
