Took my truck in to replace a part. They realized it wasn't broken. It was not put in right. Adjusted it. Then didn't charge me to replace anything !? Just to fix it. Less than half price.
Nice.

I had an appointment at 1:00pm. Doors locked with an open sign on and no one in the shop. I Called previously to the appointment and no one answered the phone.
Another girl is here in a jeep. Plate FA 2237. Jeep, I urge you to write a review as well.
Both waiting. Jeep left.
Truly unfortunate and will not use this business and if I could post zero stars, I would. Now it is 1:20. Business is closed.

Bobby and team at 1802 N. Larkin Ave Joliet are awesome! They took care of my son's car. Offered the car to be towed or have one of the mechanics come to him. They went above and beyond. Great prices too. Thanks guys.

Made an appt for full synthetic oil change and brake inspection. Oil change was done and it showed on my display for oil percentage at 99%….. always has been 100% on previous oil changes. Also brakes were never even checked.

Great service! I am so happy that I brought my Nitro to Midas. Jim was so very helpful. I needed a repair shop and I found it here with Midas. My Nitro has more work to be completed and I will have it done here and for any future maintenance and repair work. I will refer friends to this shop.
