Placed a large order and put a deposit down. Months went by so I called and Lionel said sorry I kept putting you at the bottom of the pile, I’m on it and will get your shirts asap. Now it’s been months again with nothing. Save your time and go elsewhere

Highly recommend Lionel and the whole Minuteman team! They helped us edit and print our wedding invitations under a last minute, tight turnaround. We were so happy with the final product. Will certainly go back for all our printing needs, plus supporting a local business instead of a big box store.

Amazing customer service! I wanted to go with a professional print shop to make our wedding seating chart poster board. Minuteman did not disappoint! Communication and quality of work both top notch! When we had a last minute change to the seating plan 2 days before the wedding (very stressful) and needed the board reprinted they where on point and ready to save the day! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The employee I had spoken with was wonderfully kind and genuine. I’m doing research for a project, and he was so open to answering my questions! I would go back again, just for the customer service alone. And looking at their products, they do so much at a wonderful price! I definitely recommend this shop.

I went to minuteman press because I was sure to get great service from them but unfortunately they left me with no answer, no call backs, no emails. Just hanging. I wanted to get a few work shirts made but they guy in the office said he kept forgetting. Your forgetting to do your job? I guess… I’m very disappointed especially because I told my boss they would be great. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!! NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL
