Motel 6 Joliet is a nice, clean facility with the look of recent remodeling and modern rooms. It is in a serious and convenient location right off the highway, tucked away from the local bustle yet close to plenty of food and shopping choices, a mall, restaurants, a movie theatre, Costco, ALDI, and other stores. The dedicated and kind staff at the front desk and housekeeping are noted for being great, helpful, professional, compassionate, and providing beyond customer service. Guests report feeling safe for themselves and their cars. The rooms are very clean and smell fresh, with comfortable beds. Some note the room size with two beds can feel a little cramped and tight for more than two people. The laundry on the second floor has two washers and dryers. It is considered the cheapest in town, making it a convenient stop just before entering the Chicago area.

No complaints at all except the actual size of the room. Having 2 beds makes it a little cramped and definitely tight if you have any more than 2 people. Even then, the aisle is small for moving around the room. Other than that, its in a serious location right next to the mall in Joliet. Not a bad area at all.

Dedicated and kind staff, absolutely love Martha! She is from Puerto Rico and she is full of love and passion and Grace. And Cecilia can always be there to get you a wet towel when things go wrong.
