We had a high bid to replace our pool heater and a long time to install. I called Mark over at Neptune and he immediately took action, obtained photos and called me to discuss. Needless to say a few days later I have a brand new heater and the water is warm! The guys who came out were so polite and professional. It was certainly a pleasure working with this entire staff. I cannot say enough nice things about this company and the wonderful skilled professionals that work there. No wonder they are the best. Trust me, save time and money and go with these professionals. We were instructed to put 280lbs of salt on opening… waaay too much ruined 2 salt cells and we had to purchase a third from them! A mistake was extremely costly for us this summer… shock, algecide , draining and filling…

Everyone at Neptune is knowledgeable and friendly. They give you only what you will need to make your pool sparkle. One time I used another company and ended up having to change my pool water. I learned my lesson. I will never use another company.

I had never dealt with Neptune Pools in the past but had an issue with my pool heater so I called a number of other places and then finally came upon this place. Neptune Pools was the only one who answered the phone, Mark, the service technician called me three times, after some discussion and additional research he did between phone calls, he diagnosed the problem. I was very impressed at their customer service and just how friendly and helpful they are. I must add, that this was a Saturday and even though they were very busy, they went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you! You guys rock!

Great customer service... I called and left a message regarding some questions I had and they called me back within 24 hours and were extremely helpful. I'd support them any day. The lady I spoke with went out of her way to try and help me. I greatly appreciate it.
