Good evening, my experience in the store at 312 Collins Ave in Joliet was not entirely pleasant. They have a manager in the store named Jorge who serves customers in a very bad way, especially when they are Spanish speakers. How did he forget his Mexican origin?

O’Reilly Auto Parts had what I needed and the Parts Guy was Knowledgeable, I did have to wait a while but otherwise I got what I needed, Maybe the Store can have One Cashier that is always Available so people don’t have to wait in line to be checked out, And if the Cashier is not busy it can help somewhere else.!!!
