Today 08/02/2025 9:00-9:10 am I went to buy oil for my car. The person who helped me did not want to help me open the engine cover. I explained to him that I couldn't open it, that it was very hard and I couldn't help. He told me no, I could NOT leave the store unattended. I was the only client.🫠. I thanked him and went to buy the oil at Autozone. There they checked the oil level and put what I needed. It was almost empty! 😱so they put the whole big container in it. Thank you very much O'Reillys, I will never return to your store again.

Employees working on September 6 2024 4:00pm refused to perform a check engine light test. The light intermittently comes on so they said it needed to be on at all times for them to check. I went down the road to another oreilys and they checked it without any questions.

Today Wednesday 1/10/24, my wife stopped by about 8:30 am. Her 2020 Terran engine light was on. Nothing against Dealership's, if she brought it in to be check out it may have been $100 or so to analyze it. The gentleman diagnosed it saying it has a gas cap issue. It has a cap less, the hose just enters the car. He look at it and the light went out about 10 minutes later My wife wanted to give him a tip, in a nice way he refused to take the money. Great Job !

Employee with curly blonde hair had a very nasty attitudeI came in with my dad looking for some parts for a truck and I politely asked him if he had the parts and he responded very rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning ever again to that place
