I can’t say enough great things about the team at Pep Boys! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly explain the services my car needed and made sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was in top shape.
What truly stood out was their honesty and genuine care for their customers. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and instead, they focused on what was best for my car and my budget. In a world where great customer service can be hard to come by, the team at Pep Boys has restored my faith in auto repair shops. Not to mention they dealt with my warranty company so effectively and efficiently!! I can’t fail to mention that they stayed late to finish the work on my vehicle to ensure I was back on the road in a timely manner!!

Went in to get headlights replaced, tech up front told me he'd get me a quote ina few minutes. After 45 minutes my car was still sitting outside in the lot. No communication, waste of time. 45 min I'll never get back. Talked to a different tech told me my car would be ready at 2pm. Left no service.

Great service. Only took an hour to install my tires. The live inspection is a great tool. There was great attention to detail. I appreciate the service.

Employees were friendly and willing to explain all services. They kept me up to date on the process and how long it would take. I would suggest the Pep Boys on Jefferson in Joliet without reservation.

I left work to find I had a flat tire. Through calling around, this was the location that was able to actually get me in and get a new tire on so I could get home. Friendly and helpful service.

I wish I could give this place six stars. I have been having car trouble for a week, took my vehicle to another mechanic and the issue was still present. Car trouble can be very distressing especially when you've already attempted to get the issue fixed and it is still not resolved. I was able to book a diagnostic appointment online with Pep Boys and three hours later my car was fixed! I initially went just to see what was wrong with the car and was very happy that they were able to order the part and fix it the same day.
They are very detail oriented and knowledgable when it comes to car mechanics. Specifically Anthony who sat down and talked with me for several minutes about the issues with my car and the person handling the front desk (I believe his name was Ethan) I feel like made car trouble not so troublesome by the time I left. If I ever need car service again (which I hope not to for a very long time), I will be taking my car to PEP BOYS!

Got a flat tire repaired her. Left the car and they said it would call when it was ready. 3 hours later I called and they said they lost my number, but the car was ready.
