The grooming salon was our go-to for our dog for years. With the change of staff, we feel like they've become irresponsible. I had my dog's appointment cancelled twice. The first time they did notify me which is fine, but the second time they didn't and we drove all the way there. Please be responsible and more aware of people's time

I’ve been going PetSmart grooming for 3 years now! But the last 3 times I went they have been rude and doing a TERRIBLE job! My dog keeps coming home still shedding and after multiple complaints and me just requesting my money back they offered to redo the service. The service should take 3 hours for a husky however I’m getting a call an hour later saying she is ready. When I pick her up my dog is still shedding and all they said was “well it’s not like you paid for this one.” I did not even want to argue anymore but they will NEVER get my business again! I see why people were telling me to stay away from PetSmart! Lesson learned

WORST GROOMING SERVICE EVER!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! I brought in my husky to get groomed and from the moment we received him he WAS NOT our usual boy. He has not been able to sleep, eat, and has been SO needy. On further investigation he has a BIG BUMP ON HIS HEAD WITH BLOOD!! This is NOT a grooming service this is ANIMAL ABUSE.

This store is dirty and crickets are all over the place. The fish tanks have ton of dead fish. I ordered an online order and went to call and cancel. I called them twice and proceeded to get placed on hold then hung up on. I called Petsmart 888 number and they called the store to cancel the order for me. Instead someone picked up my order and now the store “can’t find my order” but Petsmart 888 can. Someone from the store must have taken my items. Will not shop or visit this store again.

I boarded my dog for the first time at petsmart this weekend because my vet was completely booked and didn’t have room for my pup. I was a little hesitant at first to go somewhere new but I just went with it bc I figured why not give it a shot. When I dropped my dog off the staff was so tentative. They made sure any questions I had they answered. The next morning when I picked up my pup I walked past the group play room and saw my little guy living his best life. He was so excited to socialize with the other dogs and he looked like he was so happy. After just one day of staying at the pet hotel, the staff knew Lucky by name and told me how much of a funny little guy he was. They truly made me feel so comfortable and my little dog mom heart was so full. Lucky will definitely be back to see all his new human and doggy friends!

I'm not a huge fan of PetSmart as a company, but this location is one of the best ones I've ever been to. Lots of locations have a LOT of dead and decaying fish in several tanks nearly at all times, but this location is pretty good at keeping that down. The employees have been generally helpful here, moreso than some others. Overall the employees seem to be doing a great job here, and I'm very happy to see it

The worst store in the plaza when it comes to customer service. Workers don’t greet you when you enter, then they will ignore you when you try to ask for help when they are not busy just chatting then they throw a fit when you ask for the crickets like that’s not their job. Make more pre bagged ones if your gonna act like that. Ridiculous I wonder who manages this store.

Great store, carries most of everything. Great selection, better then most their competitors. Friendly staff and assoc. Has everything you need, one stop shop for ur pets. Decent pricing and what you don't find can probably be ordered on line.

Store is clean and well stocked. Associates are knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Good variety of Cat food, Treats, toys, grooming supplies, Cat Condos, Beds, Litter, collars, leashes. I order online and do Curbside Pickup, sooo convenient and quick, after I get off work. My Cat approved this review.
