Parking Nazis!!!!!!
I understand some of the spots, but Like you can't pay me enough to come outside and mess with some truck Drivers that has been driving all day and night to get them to to move, Then they charged Seven dollars to Wash and dry. Remind me to fuel up and get all my snacks and drunk somewhere else Then if you do get a parking spot and you're bob tail they make you move, Hey I made it to the Parking spot before they did and I still have to move???!!! Then they wanna charge you 1750 for Bob Taylor parking.

Their shower system is messed up. Reserved a shower at 2pm and 3 hours later I was next but 2 hours later I did not get my shower and had to reserved another one at the counter. Employees here are for lack of a better word, nasty to costumers

Avoid this place at all cost !!! Everytime I enter Pilot, I spend at least $500-700 to fill the tank, and see how they treat the drivers!

Not a bad Pilot, the parking is quite tight, but considering that it is within the city limits - acceptable. There are few showers, they are prepared rather slowly. The laundry should have more machines.

The guy Jock has a serious attitude problem which needs to be addressed before someone else addresses it. Shower wait is ridiculous here.

All in all nice people seemed to be pretty clean I was there at 9am and was pretty slow at the time. They still had a decent breakfast selection I indulged myself with a breakfast burrito it was hot and damn good. There showers were pretty clean you can tell they try. The fans however they could use some TLC for sure that thing was struggling to push air 🤣🤣🤣

So far one of the worst truck stop you can come across. They’ll try to extort money from drivers even if they’re parked in non reserved spot. Security guard is a menace. Showers are down most of the time. Save yourselves time and money and go find some other stop.

Staff members were attentive, friendly and courteous. Clean store, restroom and shower. Coffee can be improved; please make it hot. Keep up the good work.

Worst Pilot, if you park Truck at regular spot Not Paid/Reserved security knocking in windows at middle of night and ask move your truck even if you are park your truck at safe side.
