The staff, including Jaden, Diego, Yazmin, Jeremy, Alana, and Marcello, are consistently friendly, upbeat, and professional, ensuring a great workout experience. Customers appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, the variety of equipment, and the larger workout space. One member was initially upset about changes in the layout but was pleased when the manager addressed the concern and found a suitable compromise. Overall, Planet Fitness offers a clean, well-maintained, and friendly environment for people of all fitness levels to achieve their goals.
I like how spacious this location is. Very clean and friendly staff. There are plenty of cardio machines and a good amount of strength training machines. Will be coming here regularly.
