November 1 i was looking to buy a 18.000 dollar piece of equipment as I'm leaving the parking lot. They are pulling rockers in and a tall bald. Gentlemen had a few choice words for me and I wasn't even in the way. And I don't.
Appreciate it. I have been a long time customer.And I don't think I'll be going back there anymore....

Man Pete SAVED MY ASS!!!
I am a freight broker of 9 years. I ended up in a bind because there was another towing/wrecking company who my customer asked me to use (preferred emergency towing). They didn't show up TWICE and stole $1000 deposit from us that we are still trying to get back!
Pete was so so great! He was so kind and understanding. He went out of his way and pulled two of his guys out of the field who were working on other projects to help me get my customer's equipment loaded onto my drivers truck! I can't thank him enough and one of his drivers that I was in communication with as well, Justin (I think was his name) They were just unbelievably kind, helpful and made the rest of what started out as a shit show into smooth sailing!

The young gentleman in the inspection lane needs to adjust his attitude when customers are coming in. This is the second time he has gave me an attitude next time I will adjust it for him!

We were in a car accident couple of weeks ago my car was towed by Rendel’s . Very rude lady at the front desk, took us a week to get our stuff from the car, they checked our car went through all our staff and took all the cash we had, so sad and disappointed

Pete at Rendel's was an absolute life saver for my wife and I. He took such great care of us. He saved us a bunch of money by creating a solution that we were not aware of. Super honest and fast! Would not go anywhere else!!

Poor experience all around. Driver dropped my motorcycle while driving to the dealership. I was also charged for 2 tows after bringing my bike 10 minutes from the site of pickup. It was explained to me that since the bike wasn’t being brought to their yard I need to pay a second fee. Dishonest and unprofessional.

This place is never prompt. The service team is usually rude and they have an overnight answering service, but they don't respond to this, so you still need to speak with someone in person during their normal business hours.

I've been coming to Rendels for 8 years and only trust my vehicles with them. Every time I go to someone else, I regret it!As a woman, it was impossible to find mechanics that didn't take advantage of my ignorance about vehicles and charge me outrageous amounts. Until I found Rendels!The team at Rendels is always so polite, THEY LISTEN, only looks at the problem I come in for, explains things clearly, and fixes it at a reasonable price. It's everything a lady could ask for in a mechanic. And if you're a guy, I'm sure you'll appreciate them too.I recommend them to everyone I know.
