setting up a single month rental was...interesting. I wound up paying 1 month and 2 weeks of rental on a piece of furniture I only had for 31 days. Delivery was fine - the gentleman seemed to know what he was up to. Pick up was another story. Yes, there's snow on the ground. Yes it's messy out thereNO! There's no amount of excuses when my driveway and sidewalk are *clear* and there are rugs both outside and inside my front door -- the pick up guys left a trail of muddy prints from the front door - up the stairs and into my office and back out again. No mention of it, no excuses. When I texted them with "Thank you for the mess" I got a call from the manager making 20 excuses for why there's muddy tracks through my home that I had to mop up after having shoulder surgery...yeah...that didn't hurt a bit did it? So no, with the type of rugs I have - there's no excuse for mud to be tracked. We live here day in, day out, and even our dog doesn't manage to track that much mud in and out. I'm happy with my furniture but they are not good at doing there job. They leave out information that people need to know then wait until you leave. And then you have to come back with the information. Also there time frame is incorrect for delivery. If they are running behind time they will not call you to inform you that your delivery will be later than they said.

Horrible store manager. Lacks in customer service skills !! Go to a training course on how to speak to your customers if you want to keep them. Unprofessional to say the least

They are very very expensive they argue with a customers about something that they pay for also they work on keeping your money whether you keep the item or not they don't want to give you nothing back I have very bad experiencing with Rent-A-Center on Jefferson Street in Joliet Illinois
