Clerks are so rude and unprofessional, I went to send money to my family in Mexico. I waited on line while the clerks call 3, 4 people to get attended before me. The window I was assigned to the clerk was having a full conversation with the people she was attending she waited for them to go to their car to get their IDs instead of having them to go a side and take care of someone else, then they did the transaction and they were still exchanging phone numbers and everything. Then she yells at me because I asked her if she was going to take any longer with her conversation!!
