I absolutely am grateful for this shoe store..I managed to find something every time I shop..I have a wide width and can't seem to get what I need at other places..But low and behold it never seems to fail me with brands like Rebox to Hey Dude..and prices that have me looking over my shoulder for the price police..seriously I don't only love this place ( just call me Imelda for my # of shoes in my closet) but all the customer service has never left un happy..

Great prices. Customer service is tricky with seemingly disinterested employees. Choose your shoes carefully so you don’t have to do a return.

There was this lady that was really rude, me and my cousin were looking at a bag and she was trying to get it down and the lady said to us in a really mean way I cannot get it down if you guys are not going to buy it, I’m never going back there again because how I’m I supposed to buy for something I can’t even see so that’s why the store doesn’t get customers for the mean way that the workers talk to them I hope they fix that :)

went in 10 mins before close & the gate was halfway down, i needed last minute shoes for my baby & the person at the register turned around & asked the owner “can she come in and get her baby some shoes real quick?” with an attitude, she said no. i would’ve understood if they were closing down already but people were still inside shopping, they were gonna have to put the gate up to let them out anyways. totally rude, i’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service experience. I walked in to do a return, 3 employees were sitting at the counter laughing and talking, all of them saw me come in but no one moved at all. I then proceeded to say I had a return and the African American employee who I’m assuming was their manager rolled their eyes as they came over to do the return. He snatched the bag from me and took a look at the shoes for a quite a bit and turning them over which way. He then told me that i had already worn them but I proceeded to say that I had only tried them on but never wore them out. He continued to argue with me with a nasty tone of voice. We asked if he had a problem doing a return and he continued to very disrespectful. This location definitely needs to take a class on customer service or needs better employees. Do not go here apparently you’re an inconvenience to them.

Terrible customer service . Found a pair of Mario Bros Crocs for my son that were marked with a large tag $29.99 . When I got to the register the rude associate said that the shoes were $50 and they had been miss tagged . I attempted to discuss this and she was rude and started ignoring me . Never coming back unless it’s to return these shoes .

Just went into the shoe dept in the Louis Joliet mall 5/24/2024 had found a nice pair of men’s hey dudes and they had a 50% off tag that was punched through the actual box and it said 50 percent off the lowest price. When I got to the register she said they weren’t 50 % off the man working there took the box ripped the tag off of it and threw it away and took off with the box she said he had just tagged them and obviously he wasn’t looking to make sure they were all I. The right stack and he tagged a few wrong boxes. He was very rude and said no they aren’t 50% and just was very rude. I prob will never go there again. The women kept apologizing but the tag being wrong should have been on him and they should have honored it!

Stopped in to the mall knowing exactly what I was looking for. Size 10 Charly shoe. Took some doing to get any help from the 2 people at the counter and I was directed to a single section. She barely stopped to say this is what we have. And walked away. Seriously, no help. Kind of pissed since that's the whole reason I came to joliet.

The girl with the glasses and orange hair was very disrespectful! Told her i needed to exhange shoes and she rolled her eyes and cashed me out with an attitude. She needs better customer service. If she aint happy with her job maybe she should start working fast food because retail isnt her best option. I work retail and thats not how you talk to customers. She was very ignorant n next time i come in i will get her name. Very uneducated little girl. Other staff were very nice and friendly. I called to ask for her name and i was told no. They should have name tags

This used to be a fully staffed and customer centered years ago. Now they have 1-2 workers a day even on weekends and nobody asks if you need help, instead the 1 person just stares at their phone the district manager doesn't say nothing while checking out. Their prices are decent but not really a discount store, their competitors have similar pricing.

walked in, didnt get greeted by anyone who was just standing around talking while im the only person in the store. I asked a question got a short one word answer like i was bothering the employee. Radio silence!

Good prices, but Fatal service. Only one lady serving all the customers with their orders and the Slowest Cashier Man. I was only behind 3 people and more than 20 minutes. To pay.

First time coming here, this place is one of the better shoe stores in the area honestly. Budget friendly store with a large variety, more shoes than the competing store on Plainfield Avenue. Great variety of men shoes and clearance. Staff thankfully leaves you alone and let's you shop peacefully. Store is mostly quiet and empty most of the time as well.
