Dishonest employees! Gave the cashier 50 dollars for gas. When pumping the gas, it only gave me 5 dollars. Went back in to tell her, and she swore it was only 5 dollars. She wouldn't check her mistake and probably pocketed the money! Never going back!

Always busy as H*** but should be expected as it's a prime location, comparable prices for a convenience store, THE CLEANEST BATHROOMS IN THE ENTIRE CITY INCLUDING RESTAURANTS AND OTHER STORES, very polite crew, and all around great store for what they are working with, I believe the store is over 45+ years old and definitely needs an update if not a total tear down and rebuild, but would be extremely smart as it's a money maker for sure, other gas stations withing a half block but they are always empty, their fuel prices are comparable but this city LOVES this Speedway, same employees generally for years at a time, NEVER went anywhere else until jus recently as 7-11 bought them out and they are no where near the company Speedway was, I know for a fact they are money hungry, cutting employees benefits, cutting store alloted hours for crew, causing longer wait times, dirtier store, and employees who are frustrated about being expected to do 2 or 3 times the work for the se pay and sometimes less pay, sad situation, this store is a staple in Joliet but it's losing loyal regular customers due to the greedyness of 7-11 Corporate. I have been General Manager of Many stores, from convenience store, restaurants and retail stores and understand trying to save money, but there is a right way and a wrong way to do that and they are definitely doing it the wrong way, Loved Speedway and almost all their policies etc. They were an all around descent corporation to work for but 7-11 needs a revamp on their Human Relations Department, you get better employees when you treat them well or at least fairly, ok rant over as I know it won't go anywhere anyway lol jus my opinion and observation after years of customer service work, it's what I do and what I'm really good at so jus trying to help the store, not the company jus this store, it isn't a typical store, it is busy almost 24 hours a day, so should be alloted a few extra perks other stores may not necessary be busy enough for, this store should NEVER have 1 employee on shift, overnights I understand, don't agree but understand, but if they expect food to he made all day, store to be cleaned and stocked, it is physically IMPOSSIBLE for one person to do, unless they lock the door and close for 20 minutes ever few hours, there are no slow times, slow times means only 4 cars at pumps and 4-6 people in line, and policy states no customer should be in line more than 30 seconds, that's hilarious with 2 people let alone 1, 2 people = 1 at register ringing customers and the other running around cleaning up, making food, changing garbage, helping disabled customers, stocking everything, cleaning coffee island counters, fountain counters, insuring bathrooms are clean and stocked, etc. And considering the Ice Chests, Propane Cabinet etc are all locked, seems a lil ridiculous to expect 1 employee there who had to walk out and take care of those sales leaving customers in store alone, which causes more theft, it's jus all going downhill lately, pray they really look into that store before they lose a bunch of amazing employees and incredible tegular customers, some of whick come in multiple times a day, and i think if they lose some of those employees they will lose a lot of customers, so of them come there for the customer service, they dont care if they have to wait or fuel is a lil higher than down the street, the fact that they know they will be treated like family keeps them coming back day after day, week after week and some year after year, 7-11 GET IT TOGETHER AND REALIZE THAT SPEEDWAY AND THE LONG TERM EMPLOYEES HABE MADE THAT PLACE MORE LIKE A SOCIAL CLUB THAN CONVENIENCE STORE, REBUILD, ADD A COUPLE TABLES TO SIT AND EAT, PUT A DAMN RADIO IN SO IT ISNT SILENT IN THERE, IF YOU MADE IT MORE LIKE A REST AREA THEY WOULD SEE AN AMAZING INCREASE IN BUSINESS, jus my opinion, should probably jus forward this to 7-11 corporate, not that it would do anything, but maybe worth a shot haha WOULD HAVE BEEN 5 STARS IF IT WAS STILL SPEEDWAY OR IF 7-11 WO

How are you a manager or lead yelling at employee when he is trying to take care of customers. I’m a General manager and that is very uncalled for this company needs to fire her. I had to wait for her to finish 3 people went ahead of me with other cashier. I love the employees their but that manager was wrong .

Randomly go on Saturday for gas and this place claims it’s 24 hrs but I try going at 2am and it’s closed. App needs to be more accurate. Thankfully I have enough gas to go to maple in New Lenox.

Along with my fuel, I also got their wings. For gas station wings these were really good. Spicey but not overly so. Love that they offer specials, deals and coupons for their hot food items!

Please replace Oriente, she is completely terrible every time anyone is in there. I witness her rudeness to others and am also attacked by her every single time I'm there. All the other employees are wonderful, it's just her. Last time I was there she refused to finish ringing me up, and I did have the scan codes facing her window. She gets off on abusing people. I'm very uncomfortable with her bullying my 11yr old niece who was still shopping while I was in line. She started yelling at her about the line being over and what is she in kindergarten. ! She is a kid looking at chips and etc, I am the one paying! How dare her speak the way she does to people! It's truly horrendous.

Long line, everytime I go in there. Only one cashier, at times cashier acts overwhelmed, working alone. This Speedway being on a busy street, need 2 cashiers at times.

I always swing by at any given time from 330am to 5am to buy roller grill items before work but all this week you have a different employee who does not put roller grill items out. What a waste of time parking and getting off my truck only to find nothing
