I brought my sister-in-law in after moving to Joliet from Missouri. She had a very complicated situation and the SJP team were attentive and sought to help her. They listened and were patient to be sure her needs were met. We're thinking of moving our prescriptions to SJP. Very impressed.

Haifa was the best help from beginning to the very end! She greeted me with a smile, informed me of the process with paperwork and registration for receiving my flu shot. When it got down to her giving me the vaccine, she asked to make sure I was comfortable with needles and she told me she has “magic hands” and shared a kind encounter she had previously… I must say I agree! I would be proud to have an associate like Haifa! She is nothing short of amazing

I had a wonderful experience at this Pharmacy with Haifa. My boys and I went to take our flu shots by them. IT was such a lovely experience. My 15 year-old was very worried before he took the shot and Haifa took her time and explained everything word by word and he was relaxed. He didn’t even feel it when she gave him his flu shot and he said he would take it with her every year if that’s how it’s gonna be.

Where the hell are these 5 stars coming from? This place is absolutely awful. Just like the rest of st jude. If i have an appointment then be on time for my damn appointment. Waiting a half hour for still no show is ridiculous. Awful place. Go anywhere else

St Jude Pharmacy has been wonderful to me. My doctor suggested them during Covid. They have been delivering my medication since 2020. They are always kind, patient and understanding all my needs.

This is the "best" pharmacy I have found in my 73 years. They deliver free. They have a very comprehensive line of handicap aids, food/snack items, medicines. The staff is wonderful, kind and professional. They always take time to explain things. I highly recommend them and will never change.

I have been coming to St. Jude Pharmacy since shortly after they opened. I began there because of convenience due to working close. I have continued (even though no longer as close) because of the knowledge and caring staff and owner that are at St. Jude Pharmacy. The personal care they give to their customers and service they provide is second to none! Keep up the great work staff and ownership at St. Jude!!

I have never received better customer service than i have with Saint Jude Pharmacy, i have a $100 co-payment for my diabetes medications and they told me that the maker of this medication offer $100 coupon every month for a whole year, this alone saved me $1200, they go above and beyond to make sure my meds delivered to my home and they dont charge for that. when i call a person answers they dont have those machine with press one and press two stuff, also i can get my DME and meds at the same place. this pharmacy is great.

pharmacist Mohammed Al Ahmad is Very intelligent , caring and professional .very responsive on the phone unlike the big chains where you are on hold forever . This pharmacy is different .
