Came into TMobile for a phone charger and left with a great Intermet package as well. Juliaunna was fantastic and went above and beyond with her customer service. I would recommend others to this store just for her presence alone - she's phenomenal!

11-16-23 I was in Joliet’s Jefferson T-Mobile and had the distinct pleasure of receiving EXCELLENT customer service from Mobile Expert Ambria. She went above and beyond to help me obtain contacts from a deceased family members phone, so I could save them. She then wiped all information from the phone, all the while being very pleasant. She is knowledgeable and was a great representation of Great T-Mobile customer service.

To management I’m super disappointed for the constant coming back and fourth to the store and I kept getting a run around for months. Zach said the items are free and didn’t explain service for the devices. Alexandrya covered for him every time I came in and explained my situation and now I’m stuck with the devices I have to pay for and she didn’t cancel my lines she suspended them so they can get credit for them and I’m honestly so hurt that I wasn’t heard by either one of them and Gianna broke down the bill to me I cannot believe I was paying over 100 for items I tried to return within the 14 days. Shame on you alexandrya!

Everytime we come here it is a horrible experience. Wait time is ridiculous. They will say its 30 minutes and it ends up being an hour + wait time. Horrible customer service. Never coming back again

Service is terrible and pushy. Also always have to wait a long time for the service. I'm going to buy the iPhone at Apple instead.

I have tried twice in one week to pay my bill and both times I was told there would be a 30 minute wait. Bring back the Kiosk so you can do it yourself.

A bigger store, so yiur not stuck on top of the other with your business. I like that. Very nice people who get the job done. I just dont understand why cell phone places do not repair, only resolve the issues.

Employee signed my mom up for a new plan telling her it would cost the same as her old one. Her bill came out to $55 more. Customer support was able to revert her to the old plan and wipe away the extra charges luckily. This isn’t the first time we’ve been lied to by a T-Mobile store employee. Never going to a T-Mobile store again now, that’s for sure.

Came in for a screen protector replacement. Was told I would be put in the list… 45 minutes later decided to leave. They could’ve just handed me the new ones and I could have replaced the protector myself. I understand everyone goes through staffing issues but common sense has to prevail. I can see making someone wait on a queue for data transfers, phone purchases, plan adjustments, etc…. But these guys don’t have the ability to be dynamic and push people out that are here for a simple task? Come on man… imagine them trying to run a big operation. SMH…

The service here was amazing! We had Ashley helping us and she was fantastic. I was looking to change phone providers over to T Mobile and I was so nervous that it was going to be difficult. There were a few problems I ran into, and she was so patient with me. I highly recommend going to this T Mobile!

We had a GREAT experience here. All of the employees seemed very nice and helpful but Zach was by far the best! He went out of his way to give us the best deal and service. We will definitely be back.
