Worst shoe store ever!! Ash is also a complete ignorant “owner”Bought my daughters shoes, received two different ones, was charged wrong price then what the sticker on the shoe said. When I went back to get the correct shoe and money back from overcharge. The 3 workers were clueless as to what they should do, called Ash, he wouldn’t let them give me any money back. I called him later and he argued that he would only refund the entire price for the shoes if I returned them. He would not give me my money back for the overcharge. Don’t shop here!!If you do, make sure you were charged correctly and that they gave you the right shoes in the box….

Inconsistency in messaging! Was told we can return shoe by Jan 15 but was meet with a difference statement. Also a sign at the REGISTER would have been more convenient. Avoid this place!

Bad store … I spent almost $300 with them and I asked for a size 11 mens shoe and I make it to another state on vacation and realize that my foot is hurting really bad after 30 minutes in the shoes. So I look at the size and it’s a 10.5I took the shoes back and just asked for the right size and they wouldn’t do it . Told me that the BIG manager has to do that because they would get in trouble.I think they should put on their receipt that returns can only be done when a BIG manager is in if you have stuck you foot in a shoe made for feet

Went in to buy a pair of shoes. Was told I could not buy the shoes I wanted unless I bought another pair of shoes also. This is absurd. You can keep your shoes.

Decided to buy shoes towards the last 15 minutes of closing and was being assisted by employees. Girlfriend decided to buy a pair of sneakers since she didn't find the pair that she wanted. When she found another pair of sneakers at a different store after close, we decided to return the shoes the next day. I went to the store to return the shoes and was told "we don't do returns, only exchanges." So then I hopped on the phone trying to reach a manager and was being told I was liar saying I was probably on my phone. When I was talking to the associate the entire time she was assisting us. Terrible business from the manager.

Great experience. I bought a hat in December for xmas turns out i got the wrong size i went to location in JOLIET MALL and was told i had to go to the original location i bought because they don't offer exchanges or refunds at LJ location. I went back to Fox Valley and the guy who helped was amazing!!! Unfortunately i didnt catch his name but i believe he was a manager or atleast should be!!! He was apologetic for what happened at joliet location and very pleasant to deal with.

My 17 year old son decided to buy me a pair of shoes for Fathers Day. He made the unfortunate purchase at Athletes Foot. After trying the BRAND NEW SHOES on, they were too tight. So I decided to return them. Guess what???? NO RETURNS AT AN ARAB OWNED BUSINESS!!! Unlike every single other shoe outlet where Americans can shop, this shithole of a store doesn't take returns. F*** you!!!! Also, "Sam" is the owner of both the Joliet and Orland Park locations. LETS PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS
